HOW WE GOT OUR NAME

Our school is named after Mrs. Jane Farney. Mrs. Farney spent 30 years in education, twenty of those years in Cypress-Fairbanks I.S.D. She was a principal at Lowery and Hamilton. Mrs. Farney retired in May 1999. She and her husband, Phil, have 2 children, Chris and Jeff, who are both Cy-Creek High School graduates.
