Continuity of Services

  • In the fall of 2021, CFISD returned to all students in-person learning.  The district also provided the option for students in grades K-6 the opportunity to participate in Temporary Virtual Learning until a vaccine was widely available for students in these grade levels.

The vaccine became available in the late fall of 2021 and Temporary Virtual Learning ended on December 17, 2021.  All CFISD students returned to in-person learning on January 4, 2022.

Pending Texas Education Agency approval, if the district experiences high transmission that warrants closure of the district, all CFISD students may engage in asynchronous/synchronous learning via CFISD connect.  All students have access to a Chromebook and a hotspot (if needed) to facilitate continuity of learning.
