We encourage you to take advantage of these resources to make your experience at CFISD positive and productive. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to your supervisor or HR representative.
If you are a substitute working 10 or more hours per week in our school district, you may qualify for enrollment in the TRS-ActiveCare Health Insurance plans for the upcoming school year. To enroll, simply fill out an enrollment form and submit it to the CFISD Insurance Department before the end of the open enrollment period.
New substitutes will have 31 days from their start date to enroll for benefits. If you have any questions regarding benefits or enrollment, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Insurance Department.
Once hired, all necessary training will be assigned by the Substitute Office. If you have any questions about your training, please feel free to reach out to us at SubOffice@cfisd.net.
