Julie Peterson, past chairman of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, presents Dr. Mark Henry, CFISD superintendent of schools, with the 2022 Chairman’s Award at the Chamber’s general membership luncheon on March 21. 

March 21, 2023—Dr. Mark Henry, superintendent of schools for Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, was presented with the 2022 Chairman’s Award at the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce general membership luncheon on March 21 at the Berry Center.

The Chairman’s Award recognizes an individual committed to the growth, development and betterment of the Cy-Fair community.

Dr. Henry was recognized for his 12 years of service to the chamber, his leadership of the school district, his partnership with area businesses and organizations, and for his contributions to the community.

““It is such an honor to recognize Dr. Mark Henry as the recipient of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Award,” said Julie Peterson, past chairman of the Cy-Fair Chamber board of directors. “Dr. Henry truly exhibits what it means to be a leader in Cy-Fair, as the superintendent of CFISD, an active board member and previous chairman of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber, and an advocate for our community and local businesses.”
