Nydia Garcia
Nydia Garica holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Houston, and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. She has worked in education since 2000 and joined Cypress-Fairbanks ISD in 2005. In her career, she has worked as an Academic Achievement Specialist at Cook Middle School and later became an Assistant Principal at Kahla Middle School in 2020. In 2023, she was named Assistant Principal at Langham Creek High School.

Dr. Kristy Stephenson
Dr. Stephenson received a bachelor’s degree in History and English from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin, and a doctorate in Professional Leadership from the University of Houston. In 1993, she began her career in Cy-Fair and in education. She served 11 years as a teacher, and became an administrator in 2004.

Carl Mendez
Carl Mendez received his bachelor’s degree from Central Bible College-Evangel University and his Masters in Educational Administration from Lamar University. Mr. Mendez taught Math, Science, and served as an Instructional Coach before becoming an Assistant Principal. He has been with Cy Fair ISD since 2004.

Maria Gonzalez
Maria Gonzalez received her bachelor degree in Psychology at the University of Texas at Pan American in 2005, and her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2012 from the University of Texas at Brownsville. In 2005, she began her career in teaching in the Rio Grande Valley. She became an administrator in 2012, and joined Cypress Fairbanks ISD in 2016.

Tanir Gilreath
Tanir Gilreath received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. She holds certifications in Special Education (EC-12), School Counseling (EC-12), and Principal (EC-12). She began her career in education in 2003 and came to Cypress Fairbanks in 2007 as a guidance counselor. She has 15 years of experience in education in various positions in Fort Bend ISD, Lamar Consolidated ISD, and Cypress Fairbanks ISD.

Tim Silvey
Tim Silvey is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University and received his master’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Mr. Silvey began his career in education in 1988. He came to Cy Fair ISD in 1992 and taught History and Special Education as well as coached. He became an administrator in 2006.

Aaron Van Wey
Christian Casillas, a graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in Chemistry and Curriculum & Instruction, embarked on an impactful journey in education. Shortly after college, he became a science teacher at Langham Creek High School, swiftly ascending to a team leadership role. Recognized for his passion and leadership, Mr. Casillas transitioned to the District's Curriculum and Instruction Department. Here, he excelled as a Science Curriculum Coach and later as the Secondary Science Curriculum Coordinator, shaping science education district-wide.
After serving at the district level, he decided to join the Langham Creek family once again to become an Assistant Principal. Beyond the school, Mr. Casillas contributes to the community as an adjunct instructor at Lone Star College, teaching pre-service teacher courses.
Additionally, he's on the cusp of completing a doctoral degree, showcasing his commitment to personal and professional growth.
