Agricultural Centers - Built on district property on Eldridge Road, adjacent to new transportation center site. The agricultural center was designed by CLR Architects and built in conjunction with the new transportation center. A second agricultural center was also built on district property on Telge Road, adjacent to the Exhibit Center. CLR Architects designed the center. Sharing the site on North Eldridge adjacent to Cypress Ridge High School, the district’s fourth transportation center and first Ag farm opened in December 2004. Both facilities share similar design traits and color scheme with the neighboring high school. The second Ag farm was built on Telge Road and is identical to the first Ag facility except that it shares similar design traits and color schemes with the neighboring security building and exhibit center.

Andre' Elementary School, Elementary School No. 45 - Opened in August 2006 and is located at Fry and Longenbaugh roads and was designed by SHW Group, Inc.  At the March 2005 board meeting, trustees approved the construction contract award to Gamma Construction Co. in the amount of $9,293,550.  The recommended contract award was $1,065,450 under the established construction budget included in the 2004 Bond Program. Andre' provides enrollment relief to Duryea, Jowell, and Walker.

Berry Center & Athletic Stadium - Completed in March 2006 on a 65-acre site at Barker Cypress and West Road. As a result of combining both facilities on the same site, the district realized a savings by sharing the parking lot. PBK Architects along with their design consultant, HOK Sport Venue presented the final design to the board in June 2003. The project was awarded to Spaw Glass in the amount of $72,897,808.00. The Educational Support Center held graduation for the graduating class of 2006.

Cypress Lakes High School, High School No. 10 - Opened in August 2008 and is located on Greenhouse Road, South of FM 529 and was designed by PBK Architects. Cypress Lakes was originally scheduled to open for the 2009-2010 school year; however due to the high level of growth in the southwest part of the district, there was a need to provide enrollment relief for Cypress Springs High School for the 2008-2009 school year.

Cypress Ranch High School, High School No. 9 - Opened in August 2008 and is located on the 130 acre multi-campus site at Fry Road and Cypress North Houston, was awarded to Pepper-Lawson Construction, L.P. in the amount of $68,673,095.00. The contract amount is $162,855.00 under budget. High School No. 9 is a repeat design of Cypress Woods High School. Both high schools were designed by PBK Architects, Inc. with modifications to existing plans used in the construction of Cypress Woods, Cypress Ridge and Cypress Springs high schools. Each new school has a modified footprint which includes the relocation of the library above the main lobby. New mandates from the Texas Education Agency require additional square footage for the science labs and library from previous high school designs which are incorporated into the final designs.

The Board approved the swimming pool option 2 for High Schools No. 9 and No. 10 which consists of a six-lane, 25-yard practice pool constructed at Cypress Lakes and an eight-lane, 25-yard meet pool with a five-lane, warm-up pool area at Cypress Ranch. Constructing the meet pool allows CFISD to host larger swimming competitions such as district meets and tri and quad meets in which three or four teams compete.

Eldridge Transportation Center – Opened in December 2004 and built on district property on Eldridge Road, adjacent to Cypress Ridge High School and is designed by CLR Architects.

Hemmenway Elementary School, Elementary No. 48 - Opened in August 2008 and is located on West Little York Road, west of Fry Road. In February 2007, the Board of Trustees approved the construction contract award to Purcell Construction in the amount of $11,506,000.  The school was designed by PBK Architects, Inc. and is modeled after Warner Elementary.

Hopper Middle School, Middle School No. 15 - Opened in August 2007 and is located at Fry Road on the southern portion of the Cypress Springs High School site, and was designed by Bay Architects. The Board also approved the administration’s recommendation to select the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method which, due to the need for an accelerated schedule to open Hopper one year early, this provided the district the best value to open this school for the 2007-2008 school year. At the February 2006 board meeting, trustees approved the construction contract award to Purcell Construction in the amount of $24,422,526.

McFee Elementary School, Elementary No. 47 - Opened in August 2007 and is located at Greenhouse Road and Plantation Cove Lane, and designed by Bay Architects. At the February 2006 board meeting, trustees approved the construction contract award to Purcell Construction in the amount of $10,508,000.

Postma Elementary School, Elementary No. 44 - Opened in August 2006 and is located at West and Greenhouse Roads and was designed by PBK Architects, Inc. At the April 2005 board meeting, trustees approved the construction contract award to Drymalla Construction Company as part of the combined construction contract for Black and Postma totaling $20,347,000. Postma provided enrollment relief to Burkes and Lamkin Elementary Schools.

M. Robinson Elementary School, Elementary No. 49 - Opened in August 2008 and is located on Westfield Village Road west of Fry Road, and was designed by SHW Group, Inc. The construction contract was awarded to Purcell Construction in the amount of $11,442,000. The school is modeled after Andre' Elementary School.

Smith Middle School, Middle School No. 16 - Opened in August 2009 and is located on the 130-acre multi-school campus site on Fry Road near the intersection of Cypress N. Houston. The school was designed by SHW Group, Inc.

Swenke Elementary School, Elementary No. 50 - Opened in August 2009 and is located on a 14-acre site located at Fairfield Place Drive and Schiel Road. Swenke is designed by Bay Architects and is a new prototype design using design features from McFee Elementary School. The school features a complementary unique design utilizing similar building materials and colors. Swenke provided enrollment relief for Keith and Ault Elementary schools. The school is the seventh elementary campus and the last new facility funded from the 2004 Bond Referendum. The Board of Trustees approved the site, architect and completion date during the August 2007 Board meeting and awarded the construction contract in March 2008.

Warner Elementary School, Elementary No. 46 - Opened in August 2007 and is located on the 130 acre multi-campus site at Fry Road and Cypress North Houston and built under the same contract as Cypress Ranch High School, High School No. 9.  The construction contract was awarded to Pepper-Lawson Construction, L.P. in the amount of $68,673,095.00. The contract amount was $162,855.00 under budget. Warner is a new prototype design developed by the district and PBK Architects implemented some of the design concepts and features of Duryea and Danish Elementary schools.
