To be considered eligible to apply for this scholarship:     Must be a graduating high school senior (in final semester) or current college undergraduate or graduate student studying at a 4-year, 2-year, vocational, or technical institution in the United States.  Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent legal resident.  Must identify as a female. All majors are encouraged to apply.  All GPAs will be considered.
