The CFISD STARTALK Chinese Language Summer Camp will be a 3-week Chinese Immersion program for students in current  grades 3-5, who have little to no knowledge of the Chinese language and culture. The program aims to stimulate curiosity in the community about the Chinese language and culture and build learner’s interest in continuing their language study in middle school or high school.

All participants must understand and agree to full participation – meaning daily attendance throughout the entire program from June 24 – July 11 (11 days of instruction – No Fridays or July 4th). Applicants must have little to no knowledge of the Chinese language or be returning from a previous CFISD STARTALK Camp. 

*CONDUCT: Failure to follow the code of conduct and dress code or continued unacceptable behavior will result in a student's immediate removal from the program. Students who miss more than 2 days also risk removal from the program.
